Do you have something that is working but don't know how to scale with simply saying "We are all doing this?" This session is focused on how to scale your unique programming to your building to best meet student needs. We will explore the use of multiple protocols including design thinking in order to tackle this age old problem. This session will also include a sample plan in addition to providing action steps for you to begin your journey to change.
