In this session you will learn different ways we build student agency and give students voice and choice in their learning environment. In a personalized environment students learn to how to be independent, collaborative, risk takers, and many more skills that will help them rise to the challenges they will face in the future. We will give you a tour of what our classroom looks like on a typical day. Additionally, we will share with you ways students are given voice and choice in seating options, daily routines, independent work, and seminar choices. You will walk away from our session with new ways you can build learner agency into your classroom and prepare your students for the future.
