10th Annual National Convening on Personalized Learning

Learn how to equip students and their families with the tools necessary to make more informed choices about post-secondary education and training as it leads to careers. Under a national J.P. Morgan Chase New Skills for Youth grant, Wisconsin has piloted building collaborative regional career pathways, called Pathways Wisconsin. The Pathways Wisconsin project goals are to increase the number of students that complete career pathways tied to high-skill, high demand jobs and to transform the way we design and deliver the pathway programs for our students to ensure they are ready for life after high school. Academic & Career Planning(ACP) actively engages students to develop an understanding of his or her self, creating a vision of his or her future, defining individual goals and a personal plan for achieving them! Please join Wisconsin’s Regional Career Pathway Directors, who will share how state endorsed regional career pathways support our students academic & career plans.
