10th Annual National Convening on Personalized Learning

Over the years I have had many conversations with educators seeking information about CBE and personalized learning. Often people made comments about it only working for “highly motivated”, “middle class”, “upper tier” students. The more I worked in the personalized learning environments, I found it was for ALL students and was very successful with students that did not fit in the academic box. How do we create equity for all learners through personalized learning? How can you do it with fidelity and reach the full potential of all students? Shifting mindsets to focus on culture, future-ready skills and meeting each student where they are at is a starting point. Come share where you are on your journey and brainstorm ideas on how to create equity for all students through a culture shift. Leave with concrete ideas to tighten culture and curriculum while expanding on future-ready skills while eliminating bias.
