The Framework of Yes will focus on the issues associated with working in teams and with others. Learn how to see yourself as a relevant teammate. Learn how to Dreamstorm with others and be certain all ideas are heard and used. Harness the power of success by encouraging a shift in thinking about what mindset we have when we work with others. Redefine your mindset regarding success and rethink how you encourage collaboration in all circumstances! In this session All voices will be heard, all ideas accounted for, freedom of perspective and point of view! This hands on workshop will offer tools and strategies you will learn today and use tomorrow. We will explore the power of yes, the five minute game, how to Dreamstorm and finally we will conduct a mini-HACK-A-THON! We will encourage teamwork, conversations, and a debriefing session.
