When you hear the word change, do you cringe? Grimace? Brace yourself? Perhaps you're one of the few who embraces the concept. In this session participants will engage in discussions regarding the change process, and discover foundational needs of districts making the transformation to personalized learning. Participants will apply research-based practices to plan for the needs of participant's districts. This session is the first step to a positive, lasting transformation to personalized learning.

Dr. Hurtienne has been in education for twenty years. Most recently, she has taught social studies and languages arts at the middle school level. She also writes and teaches business, leadership, and education courses for Concordia University Wisconsin.
