10th Annual National Convening on Personalized Learning

If educators take hold of emerging trends, they can cultivate their institutions to be tomorrow’s innovators. Five opportunity areas promise to position schools, districts and other education leaders to respond to the changing landscape while pursuing human-centered, equitable, and limitless learning. This interactive workshop will support participants in exploring how they might build upon their current pursuit of personalized learning to develop approaches that foster civic engagement; broaden the boundaries of learning; build bridges across systems; prioritize equity in the use of smart technologies; and value the social, cultural and emotional identities of learners. Participants will explore how strategies and tactics related to these opportunity areas can help their schools, districts and organizations set a strategic course for navigating the future of learning . They will leave with ideas to explore further with colleagues.
