Join the InRoads team from Franklin High School in WI to build an understanding of the system they’ve created to develop and assess students' growth in leadership skills throughout high school. Staff will share lessons learned and modifications made through three years of use that have resulted in a meaningful, useful, and sustainable portfolio and mentoring system. Most time will be spent workshopping a solution of your choice related to the outcomes below.
