Ashley Crisp has been working for Franklin High School for the past 5 years.  Previously, she received her PhD in the area of Cellular-Molecular Biology, with teaching certifications in Biology and Chemistry.  Ashley brings her thirst and passion for knowledge into the classroom to help inspire students to themselves be life-long learners.  Through the InRoads program at Franklin High School, Ashley is able to further develop student interest areas, set personal goals with students, and help students prepare for life after high school.  Centered around an individual student-growth model, she utilizes personalized and blended learning, along with community-based practice, to help students feel equipped with the skills necessary to contribute to their community.
